With over 30 years experience working with Local Authorities we are tendered agents and can offer 3 year leases providing security of income and full property management at no cost to the landlord. This agreement is also known as a Council Guaranteed Rent Scheme.
In order to offer a guaranteed rent scheme, we issue a 3 year lease to landlords and effectively become their tenant. We then have a separate agreement with the local authority (Council) and sub-let the property to them. The local authority (a council guaranteed rent scheme) then provides the tenant and is responsible for the rent collection. DABORACONWAY invoice the local authority each month enabling us to guarantee the rent to our landlords.
It is considered more beneficial than a private rental agreement, as guranteed rent brings a secured financial income, avoiding rent arrears or an empty property with no tenant.
