In order to offer a Guaranteed Rent Scheme, DABORACONWAY issue a 3 year lease to landlords and effectively become their tenant. We then have a separate agreement with the Local Authority and sub-let the property to them. The Local Authority then allocates the tenant and are responsible for the rent collection. DABORACONWAY invoices the Local Authority on a monthly basis and is able to guarantee the rent to landlords.
